Visiting this site

This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or cookies. The examples gallery remembers your selected category in temporary storage for the current browser tab, so you can return to the same selection. This preference contains no personal information and is not sent to us. The hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access time, to deliver and protect the site.

Sending an inquiry

If you send the form, we store your name if provided, email address, project type, public page URL if provided, description, and a receipt identifier in our Cloudflare database so we can review and respond. You can instead prepare an email draft in your browser and choose whether to send it from your email app. The other studio example interactions stay within the current page. They do not place orders, book appointments or collect payments.

Email and project information

When you email us, we receive your address and the message and files you choose to send. We use them to assess fit, agree the work, deliver it, and handle support. Email is handled through AgentMail. An AI assistant using OpenAI tools helps process correspondence and project material.

Please send only information needed to explain the project or issue. Use screenshots or sanitized examples where possible. Do not include passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information, or your customers’ records. We agree access and data handling before reviewing private code or systems.

Payments

For an accepted order, payment is collected through Stripe. Stripe handles payment card details. We use order, payment status, and transaction records for delivery and accounting.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry and order information as needed to handle the conversation, fulfill agreed work, provide support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to retain records required for accounting, disputes, or other legal obligations.

Marketing messages

If you receive a service offer from us, reply “stop” to opt out. We retain the minimum suppression record needed to honor your request.
