What kinds of fixes can you help with?

A layout that breaks on phones, an awkward menu, or a form that doesn’t catch missing details are good places to start. We work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React, and we’ll need to review the code and access before confirming the repair. A full website or a larger project gets its own scope and quote. Redesigns, backend integrations, logins and payment systems are outside the $99 repair offer.

What happens after I get in touch?

We’ll take a look and see whether we can reproduce the problem. If it fits the offer, we’ll agree on the work, how we’ll check it and a delivery date. Before payment, we’ll put the exact change, how you’ll review it, the $99 total, delivery date, and any tools, code or access we’ll need your permission to use in writing. After the repair, we’ll send the updated files and simple steps to review the change. With your permission, we can update a staging version of the site instead. Corrections to that same issue are included for seven days after delivery.

How do you use AI?

We use AI to help write messages, work on the code and check the repair. You’ll get our business details and the repair plan in writing before you pay, along with simple steps to review the finished change. A page link or an example with private information removed is enough to start. Please keep passwords and customer data out of your inquiry.

Have a brief for static campaign or social visuals? Tell us where the work will appear and what you need it to say. We’ll confirm whether we can take it on. Before payment, we’ll agree in writing on the graphics you’ll receive, how you’ll review them, the total price and delivery date, and any tools or images we’ll use with your permission.
